Leave your luggage at our group hotel Ace Inn Matsumoto next to Matsumoto Station until 17:00.
Please tell them that you’ll be staying at Shoho.

*You can leave your luggage at the front desk of the hotel until 10:00 on the day of of check-out.
Please pick up your luggage before 17:00 at Ace Inn Matsumoto.
2. Free shuttle bus
We operate a free shuttle bus between Matsumoto Station and Shoho.
The shuttle bus departs from in front of Matsumoto Station.
The bus stop is on the roundabout to the right of the Castle Exit.
